Finance Executive

The Finance Executive will be responsible for accounting support, financial documentation, payment tracking, reconciliation, billing coordination, and finance reporting at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or CA Inter qualification with 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and financial records.
• Support cash, bank, purchase, expense, and journal-related accounting work.
• Assist in patient billing reconciliation, payment tracking, and refund documentation.
• Maintain vendor bills, purchase invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and ledger review support.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, accounts, and administration teams.
• Support GST, TDS, audit preparation, and statutory documentation.
• Verify bills, approvals, vouchers, and financial documents before processing.
• Prepare finance MIS, outstanding reports, and expense summaries.
• Monitor pending payments, advances, dues, and account adjustments.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and billing data.
• Support accurate and compliant finance operations.
