Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will support hospital administration, departmental coordination, operational follow-up, reporting, staff coordination, and workflow management at Aakash CIMS Hospital. This requires MBA, BBA, or B.Com qualification with 1–2 years of experience in administration, hospital operations, or management support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and task completion.
• Support report preparation, data tracking, and management updates.
• Monitor assigned departmental activities and follow up on pending work.
• Help improve service quality, process discipline, and staff coordination.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, billing, stores, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Maintain records, trackers, meeting notes, and departmental documentation.
• Handle internal communication and escalation of operational issues.
• Support patient service improvement and process implementation.
• Assist in staff duty coordination and compliance monitoring.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvement actions.
• Maintain professional communication with hospital teams.
