Maintenance Head

The Maintenance Head will be responsible for managing hospital maintenance operations, facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, breakdown response, utility systems, vendor coordination, and safety compliance at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across hospital buildings and departments.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, and utility systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of power, water, lighting, AC, oxygen support, and facility services.
• Maintain maintenance registers, complaint logs, service reports, and PM schedules.
• Coordinate with biomedical, housekeeping, security, administration, and department heads.
• Monitor vendor services, AMC work, repair quality, and material requirements.
• Conduct rounds of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, emergency, and public areas.
• Identify safety hazards, leakage, breakdown-prone areas, and urgent repair needs.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed without disturbing patient care.
• Support fire safety, electrical safety, and emergency preparedness.
• Track tools, spare parts, consumables, and repair expenses.
• Prepare maintenance reports for hospital management.
