Call Center- Executive

The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling patient calls, appointment booking, enquiry management, follow-up coordination, service guidance, and front-end communication support at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires any Graduate, B.Com, BBA, or BA qualification with 1–2 years of experience in call center or patient communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient enquiries politely.
• Book appointments and provide information about doctors, timings, services, and departments.
• Make follow-up calls for appointments, reports, feedback, and patient service reminders.
• Maintain call records, enquiry trackers, appointment logs, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with front office, OPD, billing, diagnostics, and patient care teams.
• Handle patient queries and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
• Share accurate information without giving unauthorized medical advice.
• Support patient registration and service coordination where required.
• Maintain professional tone, patience, and empathy during calls.
• Track missed calls, callbacks, and pending enquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support a smooth and patient-friendly communication experience.
