Store Manager

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing hospital store operations, inventory control, material receipt, issue, stock verification, vendor coordination, and documentation at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires B.Com, BBA, or MBA qualification with 1–2 years of experience in stores, inventory, or hospital material management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issue, and tracking of hospital materials and consumables.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, quantity, and material details.
• Maintain stock registers, GRN records, issue slips, and inventory documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder requirements, expiry, shortage, and non-moving items.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, pharmacy, nursing, OT, ICU, and user departments.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and traceability of materials.
• Support physical stock verification, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Report stock mismatch, damaged goods, shortage, or documentation gaps to seniors.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of store areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Support vendor follow-up for pending, replacement, or returned materials.
