Admin Executive cum Fire and Safety Officer

The Admin Executive cum Fire and Safety Officer will manage hospital administration support, fire safety compliance, safety checks, facility coordination, documentation, staff coordination, and emergency preparedness at Nahar Hospital, Jalore. This requires Diploma qualification with 2–4 years of experience in hospital administration, fire safety, and safety compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily hospital administration, facility coordination, and operational follow-up.
• Monitor fire safety systems, extinguishers, alarms, emergency exits, and safety equipment.
• Conduct safety rounds across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, emergency, stores, and public areas.
• Maintain fire safety records, inspection checklists, drill reports, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, biomedical, nursing, and administration teams.
• Support fire drill planning, emergency preparedness, and staff safety training.
• Identify unsafe conditions, hazards, blocked exits, electrical risks, or maintenance issues.
• Report safety gaps and follow up for corrective action closure.
• Assist in vendor coordination, facility services, and administrative documentation.
• Ensure hospital staff follow safety, PPE, and emergency response practices.
• Maintain records related to safety compliance, licenses, and inspection readiness.
• Support smooth, safe, and compliant hospital operations.
