Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for hospital referral marketing, doctor coordination, lead generation, local outreach, corporate relationship building, and patient growth activities at Nahar Hospital, Jalore. This requires BBA or MBA qualification with 2–3 years of experience in business development, hospital marketing, referral coordination, and healthcare promotion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, facilities, and health packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, and business opportunities.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, corporate activities, and outreach events.
• Maintain daily visit reports, referral trackers, lead records, and follow-up data.
• Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for referral support.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and local healthcare demand insights.
• Follow up with referral partners for service feedback and repeat patient referrals.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, professionally, and clearly.
• Support marketing campaigns, branding activities, and community engagement.
• Strengthen hospital visibility, patient trust, and local market reach.
