Front Office Staff

The Front Office Staff will handle patient registration, appointment coordination, reception management, enquiry handling, patient guidance, and front desk documentation at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This requires graduate qualification preferred with 2–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Handle registration, appointment booking, OPD coordination, and enquiries.
• Provide information about doctors, departments, timings, and hospital process flow.
• Coordinate with OPD, billing, diagnostics, nursing, and admission teams.
• Maintain registration records, appointment schedules, and enquiry logs.
• Guide patients for consultation, investigation, billing, and reports.
• Escalate complaints or service delays to seniors.
• Ensure smooth and patient-friendly front office operations.
