TPA Coordinator

The TPA Coordinator will handle insurance, cashless approvals, pre-authorization, claim documentation, discharge coordination, patient support, and TPA follow-up at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This requires graduate qualification preferred with 2–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle TPA, insurance, cashless, mediclaim, and corporate documentation.
• Verify patient details, policy papers, proof, and eligibility.
• Coordinate pre-authorization, enhancement, query reply, and final approval.
• Follow up with insurance companies, doctors, MRD, billing, and patients.
• Maintain TPA files, claim trackers, and approval reports.
• Explain insurance process and payment responsibilities to patients.
• Track pending approvals and documentation gaps.
• Ensure timely and patient-friendly TPA support.
