Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing hospital accounts, finance operations, billing coordination, financial reporting, reconciliation, audit support, and compliance documentation at Nahar Hospital, Jalore. This requires B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA Inter, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification with 6–10 years of experience in accounts, finance, billing, and hospital accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, finance records, billing coordination, and payment documentation.
• Supervise cash, bank, purchase, expense, vendor, and patient billing-related entries.
• Review ledgers, vouchers, receipts, payments, outstanding reports, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, HR, administration, and management teams.
• Prepare financial MIS, collection reports, expense summaries, and management reports.
• Support GST, TDS, statutory compliance, audit preparation, and financial documentation.
• Monitor receivables, payables, refunds, advances, and pending dues.
• Identify billing gaps, revenue leakage, accounting errors, or financial discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor bills, purchase invoices, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper internal controls and accurate financial recordkeeping.
• Support annual audit, internal audit, and financial review activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital financial and patient billing data.
