Operation Incharge

The Operation Incharge will be responsible for supervising day-to-day hospital operations, coordinating departments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth patient services. This requires practical hospital administration knowledge, team coordination, service monitoring, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will support operational efficiency by managing workflow, staff coordination, patient movement, departmental communication, and service quality across assigned hospital areas.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in assigned hospital departments and service areas.
• Coordinate with front office, billing, nursing, housekeeping, security, and support teams.
• Monitor patient flow, waiting time, service delivery, and departmental coordination.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to the Operation Manager.
• Ensure hospital SOPs, discipline, cleanliness, and service standards are followed.
• Support admission, discharge, patient shifting, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Handle patient and attendant concerns politely and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, duty allocation, shift handover, and work performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for equipment or infrastructure issues.
• Support implementation of process improvements and management instructions.
• Maintain daily operational reports, issue registers, and pending task updates.
• Ensure proper arrangement of hospital areas, waiting areas, and patient service points.
• Support emergency coordination and quick response during high-pressure situations.
• Guide junior staff on patient handling, communication, and hospital workflow.
• Help maintain smooth, patient-friendly, and efficient hospital operations.
