Marketing and PRO Executive

The Marketing and PRO Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building referral relationships, managing public relations, supporting patient acquisition, and coordinating outreach activities. This requires strong communication skills, healthcare marketing knowledge, relationship-building ability, and professional presentation. The candidate will support hospital branding, doctor networking, community engagement, patient relations, and service growth through ethical and organized marketing efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, consultants, facilities, and healthcare packages.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and referral partners regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community contacts.
• Plan and support health camps, awareness programs, public relations events, and outreach activities.
• Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, and business opportunities for hospital services.
• Handle public relations communication with patients, community groups, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare daily visit reports, marketing updates, referral records, and activity summaries.
• Coordinate with consultants, front office, billing, operations, and administration teams.
• Support branding activities through local campaigns, events, and digital promotions.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and patient service insights.
• Manage patient or public queries with professionalism and helpful communication.
• Support corporate tie-ups, community engagement, and local healthcare awareness initiatives.
• Ensure ethical healthcare marketing and accurate service communication.
• Track referral sources, conversions, and marketing performance as assigned.
• Help improve hospital visibility, patient trust, and community connection.
