Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager

Biological E. Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The involves handling payroll execution, statutory compliance, employee queries, and coordination with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labor laws.
• Process monthly salary, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and full & final settlements.
• Maintain and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and deductions.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax calculations.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and analytics for management review.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll SOPs.
• Support audits by providing payroll records and necessary documentation.
• Manage payroll systems and ensure proper data entry and validation.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Implement process improvements and automation in payroll operations.
• Coordinate with external consultants or vendors for payroll-related activities if required.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all payroll transactions.
