Asst. Mgr./ Dy. Mgr

Biological E. Limited is seeking a proactive and compliance-driven Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) to lead and strengthen EHS practices across the organization. The involves ensuring adherence to safety regulations, implementing health and environmental programs, and fostering a strong safety culture within the workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs, SOPs, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazardentification, and implement control measures.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure adherence to PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Organize and deliver safety training, awareness programs, and emergency drills.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
• Monitor environmental parameters and ensure compliance with pollution control norms.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records, and reports for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance, inspections, and approvals.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety in all operations.
• Monitor and report EHS KPIs and provide insights to management.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response systems are in place and effective.
• Support sustainability initiatives and environmental conservation programs.
• Stay updated with latest EHS regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
