Assistant/ Deputy Manager

Biological E. Limited is seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant/Deputy Manager – MIS & Business Finance to drive financial insights, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis. The involves supporting strategic decision-making through analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and close coordination with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and control.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic financial summaries for management review.
• Analyze business performance, financial trends, and key metrics to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and highlight deviations with actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate MIS reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate data consolidation from multiple business units.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
• entify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with financial policies.
• Automate reporting processes and improve MIS systems for better efficiency.
• Assist in preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for reconciliation and data validation.
• Support audit requirements by providing necessary MIS data and analysis.
• Monitor working capital, expenses, and revenue trends for business insights.
• Stay updated with financial tools, ERP systems, and reporting best practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and company policies.
