Assistant/ Deputy Manager

Biological E. Limited is seeking a dynamic and growth-focused Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to design, implement, and manage training initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and support organizational goals. The involvesentifying skill gaps, developing learning strategies, and driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• entify training needs through skill gap analysis and performance evaluations.
• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Develop training calendars, modules, and content for various employee levels.
• Coordinate and conduct induction, behavioral, technical, and leadership training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers for effective program delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and track employee training records.
• Drive employee development initiatives including career progression and succession planning.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor training budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare training MIS reports and present insights to management.
• Support performance management by linking learning outcomes with business results.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
• Stay updated with latest L&D trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in developing competency frameworks and capability-building strategies.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams for effective implementation of L&D initiatives.
