The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, patient greeting, registration support, appointment scheduling, enquiry handling, call handling, and patient guidance at Urocare Kidney Hospital, Rajkot. This requires Graduate or 12th Pass qualification preferred. There is 1 vacancy for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and guests politely at the reception desk.
- Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, appointments, and basic service guidance.
- Support patient registration, OPD coordination, billing guidance, and report collection.
- Provide information about doctors, departments, timings, services, and hospital process flow.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment registers, enquiry logs, and patient information accurately.
- Coordinate with OPD, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, dialysis, and patient care teams.
- Guide patients to consultation rooms, billing counters, laboratory, pharmacy, dialysis unit, and waiting areas.
- Manage waiting area communication and help reduce patient confusion or delays.
- Handle patient queries politely and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
- Use hospital software, computer systems, telephone, printer, and office tools efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Ensure smooth, helpful, and patient-friendly reception services.
