Civil Work Supervisor

The Civil Work Supervisor will manage civil work supervision, facility maintenance, site coordination, repair work, vendor coordination, and hospital infrastructure support at Urocare Kidney Hospital, Rajkot. This requires Civil Supervisor or Diploma Civil qualification preferred. There is 1 vacancy for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise civil repair, renovation, maintenance, and construction-related activities in the hospital.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, maintenance staff, administration, and facility teams.
• Monitor work quality, timelines, material usage, safety practices, and site cleanliness.
• Check building maintenance issues including flooring, wall repair, leakage, seepage, doors, windows, and minor civil work.
• Support patient room readiness, OPD area maintenance, waiting area upkeep, and hospital facility improvements.
• Maintain civil work reports, material records, vendor updates, complaint logs, and maintenance documentation.
• Inspect hospital areas regularly and report damage, repair needs, or safety concerns.
• Ensure civil work is completed without disturbing patient care services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, nursing, and operations teams during repair work.
• Follow hospital safety, hygiene, infection control, and facility maintenance SOPs.
• Support emergency civil maintenance needs and urgent repair requirements.
• Ensure safe, clean, functional, and patient-friendly hospital infrastructure.
