Nursing Staff

The Nursing Staff will provide bedside nursing care, patient monitoring, medication administration, ward care, clinical support, documentation, and compassionate patient service at Urocare Kidney Hospital, Rajkot. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification preferred. There are 4 vacancies for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in assigned wards, ICU, emergency, OT, or clinical areas.
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, pain level, intake-output, oxygen saturation, and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, oxygen, and prescribed nursing care safely.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, dressing, emergency care, and clinical activities.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication charts, handover records, patient care records, and documentation.
• Follow infection control, hand hygiene, PPE, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
• Report abnormal vitals, patient deterioration, medication concerns, or clinical changes promptly.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, shifting, and ward coordination activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing, and patient care teams.
• Maintain patient comfort, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Educate patients and relatives about basic care instructions under guidance.
• Deliver safe, respectful, ethical, and compassionate nursing care.
