Security Guard

The Security Guard will maintain hospital security, visitor management, gate management, safety monitoring, surveillance support, patient and staff safety, and entry-exit control at Urocare Kidney Hospital, Rajkot. This requires 10th or 12th Pass qualification preferred. There is 1 vacancy for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital entry, exit, visitor movement, vehicle movement, and restricted areas.
• Guide patients, attendants, visitors, vendors, and staff as per hospital security rules.
• Maintain visitor logs, staff movement records, vehicle entries, and security documentation.
• Support crowd control, patient movement, ambulance access, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor CCTV, parking area, emergency exits, and sensitive hospital areas when assigned.
• Coordinate with administration, front office, nursing, facility, and maintenance teams.
• Handle security incidents, suspicious activity, conflicts, and safety concerns professionally.
• Ensure safety of patients, attendants, doctors, staff, assets, and hospital property.
• Support fire safety drills, disaster response, evacuation, and emergency coordination when required.
• Report security breaches, unsafe conditions, lost items, or maintenance concerns to seniors promptly.
• Maintain discipline, grooming, confidentiality, and patient-friendly behavior.
• Ensure a secure, organized, and safe hospital environment.
