Front Desk Executive

The Front Desk Executive will manage front desk operations, patient or visitor greeting, administration support, enquiry handling, appointment coordination, call management, and documentation at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Rajkot. This is suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of front desk or administration experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors, clients, and guests professionally at the front desk.
• Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, appointment requests, and basic service guidance.
• Provide information about diagnostic services, reports, appointments, and center process flow.
• Support patient registration, billing guidance, report collection, and service coordination when required.
• Maintain enquiry logs, appointment records, visitor records, and front desk documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, center manager, billing, reporting, customer support, and operations teams.
• Guide patients to the correct service area and help reduce confusion or delays.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
• Use computer systems, office tools, phone, printer, and scanner efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and center information.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and professional.
• Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly front desk services.
