Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling patient registrations, appointment scheduling, inquiries, and coordination with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Guide patients regarding consultation processes, billing, diagnostics, and admissions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and registration details in the system.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and assist patients with required documentation.
• Maintain appointment calendars and coordinate doctor schedules effectively.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Ensure proper queue management and minimize patient waiting time.
• Support admission and discharge formalities when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Coordinate with billing, insurance, pharmacy, and customer care departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are organized, clean, and presentable.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and provide immediate support when required.
• Maintain registers, logs, and front office documentation accurately.
• Assist in preparing daily reports, MIS, and operational updates.
• Follow NABH standards, organizational policies, and customer service protocols.

• Ensure proper communication and coordination during shift handovers.
• Work efficiently in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
