Marketing Officer For Hospital

The Marketing Officer For Hospital will manage hospital marketing, referral development, field visits, branding activities, patient lead generation, and outreach programs at Wockhardt Hospitals, Nagpur. This requires any graduate or MBA qualification with 5–9 years of experience in hospital marketing, local healthcare promotion, referral relationship management, and communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, facilities, and healthcare programs.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners.
• Generate patient leads, enquiries, referrals, and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, corporate events, and local outreach activities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral data, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for referral patient support.
• Track competitor activities, market response, patient feedback, and healthcare demand.
• Communicate hospital services ethically and professionally.
• Follow up with referral partners for feedback and relationship strengthening.
• Achieve assigned field visit, lead generation, and referral targets.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns when required.
• Prepare marketing MIS reports and campaign performance updates.
• Escalate service issues from patients or referral sources to seniors promptly.
• Strengthen hospital visibility, trust, and patient reach in the local market.
