Dietician

Workhardt Hospitals is seeking a Dietician to evaluate patients’ nutritional requirements and develop customized diet plans based on medical conditions. The involves working closely with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure effective dietary management and improved patient outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ nutritional status and dietary requirements
• Develop and implement personalized diet plans based on medical conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as needed
• Counsel patients and families on nutrition, diet, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for integrated patient care
• Plan therapeutic diets for various conditions such as diabetes, cardiac issues, and critical care
• Maintain accurate records of diet plans and patient progress
• Ensure hygiene and quality standards in food preparation and service
• Educate patients on post-discharge diet and nutrition management
• Stay updated with latest nutrition guidelines and best practices
