Executive - Operations

Apollo Hospitals is hiring an Executive - Operations to support operations management, logistics, customer service, team coordination, and cost reduction activities. The candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of operational processes and departmental coordination. The requires problem-solving ability, reporting discipline, and service-oriented execution.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support operational planning and daily execution.
• Coordinate with teams to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in logistics, service delivery, and workflow tracking.
• Monitor operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Handle customer service coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain operational records and activity reports.
• Support cost reduction and resource optimization efforts.
• Escalate operational issues to senior team members.
• Track productivity and process performance.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
• Help improve internal coordination and service quality.
• Support department-level operational requirements.
