Executive - Operations

Apollo Hospitals is looking for an Executive - Operations to manage routine operational activities, team coordination, customer service support, logistics coordination, and process execution. The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills. The supports operational efficiency, cost control, and smooth coordination between departments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational tasks and assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement activities.
• Monitor service delivery and operational performance.
• Assist in logistics and production-related coordination.
• Handle customer service and operational queries.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports.
• Identify process issues and escalate when required.
• Support team management and task follow-ups.
• Coordinate with supervisors for operational updates.
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance norms.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
