Customer Relations Coordinator - Operations

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Customer Relations Coordinator - Operations to manage customer interaction, CRM software updates, cold calling, coordination, and operational support. The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer relationship experience, and knowledge of basic reporting tools such as pivot tables. The focuses on improving customer experience and operational follow-up.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally and politely.
• Support customer relationship management activities.
• Make follow-up calls and coordinate service requirements.
• Update customer information in CRM software.
• Prepare basic reports using Excel and pivot tables.
• Coordinate with operations teams for customer issues.
• Maintain records of calls, queries, and resolutions.
• Support smooth communication between customers and teams.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.
• Improve customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Follow hospital communication and service standards.
