Counsellor

Counsellor provides emotional, psychological, and behavioral support to patients and families. The involves patient counselling, mental health guidance, and support in treatment decisions, ensuring better patient understanding and compliance with medical care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient counselling sessions
• Provide psychological and emotional support
• Educate patients about treatment plans
• Support infertility and chronic disease patients
• Maintain counselling records
• Coordinate with doctors and psychiatrists
• Handle patient stress and anxiety cases
• Guide families during treatment process
• Conduct follow-up counselling sessions
• Improve patient treatment adherence
• Support pre and post-surgery counselling
• Maintain confidentiality of patient discussions
• Conduct group counselling if required
• Assist in mental health awareness programs
