IVF Counsellor - Coordinator

The IVF Counsellor - Coordinator will support fertility patient counselling, IVF cycle coordination, documentation, appointment management, patient follow-up, and emotional support at Rhea Healthcare. This requires counselling, social work, psychology, or hospital administration background.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and couples regarding IVF process, appointments, and treatment journey.
• Coordinate with IVF doctors, embryology, nursing, billing, pharmacy, and front office teams.
• Maintain IVF patient records, consent forms, treatment trackers, and follow-up details.
• Explain procedure schedules, document requirements, and patient instructions.
• Support patient emotional needs with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Track pending reports, appointments, payments, and procedure dates.
• Escalate patient concerns or delays to seniors promptly.
• Ensure smooth and patient-friendly IVF coordination.
