Patient Counsellor

The Patient Counsellor will manage patient counselling, sales support, treatment conversion, communication, and patient support activities at Qi Lifecare, Bengaluru. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 1–10 years of experience in sales, counsellor work, student counselling, patient counselling, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients about clinic services, consultation process, treatment plan steps, and follow-up care.
• Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, digital leads, and front office coordination.
• Build patient trust by explaining treatment value, process flow, care benefits, and service support.
• Convert qualified enquiries into appointments, consultations, or treatment starts ethically.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapy team, billing, front desk, and operations teams for smooth patient journey.
• Maintain patient lead status, follow-up details, counselling notes, and conversion reports.
• Handle objections, doubts, and service-related questions with patience and clarity.
• Follow up with patients who are pending decision, missed appointment, or require additional guidance.
• Support patient experience, patient retention, and service satisfaction activities.
• Maintain patient privacy, data confidentiality, and professional communication standards.
