Patient Counsellor

The Patient Counsellor will support patient counselling, patient support, appointment conversion, front office coordination, and patient communication at Qi Lifecare, Pune. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 1–4 years of experience in sales, communication skills, front office, patient counselling, and patient support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding clinic services, consultation process, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Handle patient enquiries through calls, walk-ins, messages, and front desk support channels.
• Convert patient enquiries into appointments, consultations, and treatment follow-ups through ethical communication.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, billing, front office, operations, and patient support teams.
• Track patient interest, visit status, follow-up schedule, and counselling outcome.
• Maintain daily enquiry reports, counselling updates, call records, and patient support documentation.
• Provide patients with clear guidance about next steps, appointment timing, and required documents.
• Resolve basic queries and escalate complaints or sensitive issues to senior staff.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, confidentiality, and professional behaviour.
• Support smooth patient journey from enquiry to treatment completion.
• Use CRM tools, Excel, clinic software, and phone systems accurately.
