Patient Counsellor

The Patient Counsellor will support patient counselling, sales communication, appointment conversion, admission counselling, and patient service guidance at Qi Lifecare, New Delhi. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 1–8 years of experience in sales, counselling, admission counselling, communication skills, and patient counselling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients regarding services, consultation process, treatment journey, and follow-up care.
• Handle calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries, appointment requests, and patient follow-up.
• Counsel patients with empathy and convert interested enquiries into clinic visits or treatment plans.
• Explain clinic process, treatment support, package details, payment steps, and next follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, front desk, billing, center manager, and patient experience team.
• Maintain counselling records, lead follow-up details, conversion reports, and patient communication notes.
• Handle patient objections, service questions, and decision delays with professional communication.
• Track missed appointments, pending decisions, and follow-up reminders.
• Escalate patient concerns, complaints, or service gaps to seniors.
• Maintain confidentiality, patient dignity, and accurate data handling.
