Patient Advisor

The Patient Advisor will manage patient advisory support, inbound and inside sales, patient counselling, BPO calling, communication, and appointment conversion at Qi Lifecare, Mumbai. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 1–7 years of experience in inside sales, BPO calling, inbound sales, patient advisory, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient enquiries, BPO-style calling, inside sales follow-ups, and patient advisory communication.
• Guide patients about clinic services, consultation process, treatment journey, appointment slots, and care options.
• Convert interested patients into appointments or consultations through clear and ethical communication.
• Maintain patient lead records, call notes, enquiry status, appointment details, and follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate with center teams, counsellors, doctors, front office, billing, and operations departments.
• Follow up with pending patients, missed appointments, callback requests, and old enquiries.
• Answer basic patient questions and escalate clinical or sensitive concerns to the appropriate team.
• Maintain high call quality, empathy, patience, and professional communication.
• Use CRM, phone systems, WhatsApp, Excel, and reporting tools accurately.
• Support patient experience by giving correct information and timely reminders.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Help improve patient conversion, appointment flow, and service trust.
