Counsellor Apprenticeship

The Counsellor Apprenticeship will support patient counselling, appointment follow-up, treatment explanation, service guidance, and patient coordination at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Mumbai. This requires any graduate qualification and is suitable for freshers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist counsellors in explaining hospital services, treatment flow, and appointment process to patients.
• Support patient follow-up calls, enquiry handling, and planned procedure coordination.
• Help patients understand doctor advice, investigation flow, and next steps.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, billing, front office, insurance, and surgery teams.
• Maintain basic counselling records, follow-up trackers, and enquiry logs under guidance.
• Learn patient communication, counselling process, and healthcare service coordination.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate concerns to seniors when required.
• Support compassionate, ethical, and patient-friendly counselling services.
