Senior Executive

The Senior Executive will support patient counselling, service explanation, surgery coordination, follow-up communication, and patient relationship management at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Mumbai. This requires any graduate qualification with 1–6 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding eye care services, procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up visits.
• Explain doctor advice, surgery process, packages, payment process, and hospital services clearly.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, billing, front office, insurance, and patient care teams.
• Follow up with patients for appointments, planned procedures, surgery dates, and reports.
• Maintain counselling records, patient follow-up trackers, enquiry logs, and conversion reports.
• Handle patient questions politely and escalate clinical or financial concerns to seniors.
• Support patient satisfaction, service recovery, and relationship-building activities.
• Ensure ethical, compassionate, and patient-friendly counselling support.
