CRM Digital Transformation

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a CRM Digital Transformation Manager to manage CRM projects, governance frameworks, implementation activities, and digital customer engagement processes. The candidate should have strong experience in CRM management, project execution, stakeholder handling, and process improvement. The supports better patient and customer experience through effective CRM adoption and digital transformation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM transformation projects and implementation plans.
• Define CRM workflows, governance rules, and process controls.
• Coordinate with teams to improve customer engagement.
• Support CRM configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
• Track CRM usage, performance, and business outcomes.
• Ensure accurate customer data capture and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, project updates, and governance reports.
• Conduct training for CRM users and stakeholders.
• Resolve CRM process and adoption challenges.
• Collaborate with technology teams for enhancements.
• Align CRM systems with healthcare service requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in CRM operations.
