Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Manager CRM Digital Transformation - Healthcare to lead CRM transformation, journey builder workflows, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms. The requires experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, and healthcare CRM implementation. The candidate will support digital journeys, automation strategy, and improved customer experience across healthcare touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
• Build and manage customer journeys using automation tools.
• Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Pardot.
• Coordinate CRM implementation and platform enhancements.
• Improve patient and customer engagement workflows.
• Monitor campaign automation performance and CRM adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams.
• Ensure accurate segmentation and lifecycle communication.
• Prepare CRM dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
• Support user training and change management.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare communication standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in CRM and marketing automation.
