Senior Manager - Operations

Apollo Hospitals is looking for a Senior Manager - Operations to lead hospital operations, project management, audits, regulatory compliance, and process improvement activities. The candidate should have strong management skills and healthcare operations experience. The requires leading teams, improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting service quality across hospital functions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hospital operations and service delivery.
• Lead operational projects and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Monitor operational KPIs and service quality.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
