Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a key in maintaining positive relationships with patients and stakeholders by ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and prompt resolution of issues. This requires excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a patient-centric approach in a healthcare environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, attendants, and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience across all touchpoints.
  • Handle patient complaints and grievances promptly and ensure effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address patient needs efficiently.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve service quality.
  • Conduct regular patient feedback surveys and analyze results for improvement initiatives.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, admissions, and discharge processes when required.
  • Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and treatment options.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with patients for appointments, feedback, and service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and complaint resolutions.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support VIP patient handling and ensure personalized service delivery.
  • Coordinate with billing and insurance teams to assist patients with queries.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance patient experience initiatives.
  • Train and guide front office staff on customer service best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, service standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on patient feedback, complaints, and resolution metrics.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs and accreditation processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure data privacy.
  • Handle escalations professionally and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  • Promote a patient-centric culture within the organization.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication at all times.
  • Contribute to building a positive brand image and reputation for the organization.
