CRM Digital Transformation

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a CRM Digital Transformation Manager to lead CRM governance, implementation, project management, and customer experience improvement. The requires experience in CRM systems, digital transformation, stakeholder coordination, and process governance. The candidate will support CRM adoption, workflow optimization, and technology-driven engagement across healthcare services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM implementation and digital transformation activities.
• Manage CRM governance, workflows, and usage standards.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Improve customer journey and engagement processes.
• Monitor CRM adoption, data quality, and system performance.
• Prepare project plans, reports, and implementation documents.
• Support integration of CRM with business processes.
• Conduct user training and process awareness sessions.
• Track project milestones and resolve implementation issues.
• Analyze CRM data for service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational CRM guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement in customer experience systems.
