Product Manager -Operations Technology

Apollo Hospitals is looking for an experienced Product Manager - Ops Tech to manage operations technology products, process improvements, reporting engines, and digital transformation initiatives. The requires strong understanding of BRD, FRD, customer lifecycle, operations workflows, and healthcare technology needs. The candidate will coordinate with business, technical, and operations teams to improve product performance and support scalable healthcare operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage product planning and execution for operations technology platforms.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, workflow documents, and product requirement notes.
• Coordinate with operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze process gaps and recommend digital solutions.
• Improve reporting engine, dashboards, and operational visibility.
• Track product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Support customer lifecycle improvement through technology.
• Collaborate with developers for timely feature delivery.
• Conduct UAT, product testing, and release coordination.
• Ensure product solutions support hospital operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for processes, changes, and enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement in Ops Tech systems.
