Assistant - Operations

Apollo Hospitals is hiring an Assistant - Operations to support daily operations, data analysis, cost reduction, process improvement initiatives, and coordination activities. The candidate should have basic operational understanding, reporting skills, and ability to assist teams in smooth process execution. The supports improved efficiency and better operational control.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with departments for operational requirements.
• Help identify process gaps and improvement areas.
• Support cost reduction and resource optimization efforts.
• Maintain records, reports, and operational documents.
• Track assigned tasks and follow up for completion.
• Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Support team members in workflow coordination.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when required.
• Follow hospital policies and operational procedures.
• Contribute to efficient and organized operations.
