Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Central Operation Manager for New Initiatives and Preventive Health to handle operational planning, branch operations, initiative management, and preventive health service execution. The candidate will coordinate with multiple teams to improve efficiency, patient reach, and program performance. The requires strong healthcare operations knowledge and leadership ability.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead operational execution of preventive health initiatives.
• Coordinate with branches for program rollout and monitoring.
• Manage healthcare service operations and daily performance.
• Support new initiative planning and implementation.
• Analyze operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Track performance metrics and prepare management reports.
• Ensure consistent service standards across locations.
• Coordinate resources, teams, and process requirements.
• Resolve branch-level operational challenges.
• Support patient engagement and preventive health growth.
• Maintain operational documentation and compliance.
