Secretary - Operations

Apollo Hospitals is looking for a Secretary - Operations to provide administrative, MIS, project coordination, documentation, and customer service support. The candidate should have strong computer operating skills and ability to manage schedules, reports, communication, and operational records. The supports smooth functioning of the operations team through organized administrative assistance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to operations.
• Prepare MIS reports, documents, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up activities.
• Support project management documentation and tracking.
• Maintain operational files, records, and communication logs.
• Handle customer service and internal coordination tasks.
• Use computer systems for reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with departments for information and updates.
• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support smooth communication between teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of operational information.
• Follow office administration and hospital policies.
