Senior Executive

The Senior Executive - DRT Marketing will support doctor relationship team activities, referral development, field visits, lead generation, healthcare partner coordination, and marketing reporting at Gleneagles Hospital, Chennai. This requires any degree qualification with 3–5 years of healthcare marketing experience. There are 2 vacancies for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and referral partners to promote hospital services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, healthcare partners, and referral sources.
• Generate patient referrals, enquiries, leads, and specialty-wise business opportunities.
• Promote hospital specialties, doctors, procedures, packages, and advanced treatment facilities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral records, and marketing MIS.
• Follow up on doctor referrals, patient enquiries, and planned consultation or procedure cases.
• Coordinate with OPD, front office, billing, diagnostics, doctors, and patient care teams.
• Track competitor activity, local healthcare trends, and referral market feedback.
• Support health camps, doctor meets, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of partner, patient, and hospital information.
• Strengthen referral network, patient trust, and specialty business growth.
