Job Description

The Business Transformation Service Executive will be responsible for supporting hospital service improvement, patient communication, process coordination, and operational transformation initiatives. This requires strong communication skills, hospital workflow understanding, and experience in BPO or voice-process-based healthcare support. The candidate will coordinate with patients, departments, and internal teams to improve service delivery, resolve queries, track process gaps, and support smooth business transformation activities.


* Handle inbound and outbound communication related to hospital services, patient queries, and operational support.* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient service requests and process-related issues.* Support hospital business transformation initiatives by tracking workflow gaps and improvement areas.* Maintain accurate call records, service requests, follow-up notes, and patient interaction details.* Assist in improving patient experience through timely communication and professional query handling.* Coordinate with billing, front office, medical, diagnostics, and support teams for service updates.* Follow defined scripts, service standards, and escalation protocols during patient communication.* Track pending cases, delayed responses, and unresolved issues for timely closure.* Prepare daily call reports, service summaries, and process performance updates.* Identify repeated patient concerns and share feedback with reporting managers for improvement.* Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.* Support digital or operational workflow changes introduced by the hospital management.* Ensure professional behavior, clear communication, and service-oriented response in every interaction.* Participate in training programs related to hospital services, communication, and process improvement.* Contribute to better coordination, faster resolution, and improved hospital service quality.
