Job Description

The Quality Executive will play a key in implementing and maintaining quality systems in line with cGMP/NABH standards. This requires strong analytical skills, documentation expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and implement quality assurance processes across departments.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation and records.
  • Assist in the development and updating of SOPs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits.
  • Identify deviations, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices and data integrity.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and other departments for quality-related activities.
  • Support validation and qualification activities as required.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Assist in handling complaints, investigations, and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain records of training, quality events, and compliance activities.
  • Ensure timely closure of audit observations and quality gaps.
  • Participate in risk assessment and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH/cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain proper filing and traceability of quality records.
  • Support vendor qualification and quality evaluation processes.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality systems and compliance.
  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of change control processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in the workplace.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and quality best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all quality-related matters.
  • Contribute to strengthening the organization’s quality culture and compliance.
