Supervisor - Stores

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Supervisor - Stores to manage inventory control, dispatch, store operations, FIFO compliance, and logistics coordination. The requires strong experience in storekeeping, stock monitoring, material handling, and inventory management. The candidate will ensure smooth receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely availability of hospital supplies.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
• Ensure FIFO compliance for all applicable materials.
• Coordinate material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Support logistics and internal material movement.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in stores.
• Coordinate with purchase, departments, and vendors.
• Track expiry, damage, and slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with hospital store policies.
