Job Description
The Engineering Executive - Technician will support process electrical and instrumentation activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at Hetero, Hyderabad. This requires Diploma or B.Tech in ECE / EEE with 2–5 years of experience. The candidate will handle maintenance support, troubleshooting, preventive checks, documentation, and coordination with production and utility teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Support maintenance of process equipment, panels, sensors, controllers, and automation systems.
- Attend technical complaints from production, warehouse, QC, QA, and utility departments.
- Monitor equipment performance, electrical parameters, and instrumentation health.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, calibration support records, and checklists.
- Identify faults in wiring, instruments, control panels, and process equipment.
- Coordinate with production, QA, engineering seniors, and vendors for technical support.
- Follow permit-to-work, lockout-tagout, PPE, and plant safety standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification activities when required.
- Report recurring breakdowns, spare requirements, and unsafe conditions to seniors.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed without affecting GMP compliance.
- Support smooth and reliable pharmaceutical plant operations.
