Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise sterile injectable manufacturing operations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and aseptic manufacturing SOPs consistently.
• Monitor batch processing and injectable production workflow activities.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and operational documentation accurately.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and production scheduling activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency regularly.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for quality compliance support.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and aseptic conditions within manufacturing areas.
• Support line clearance and sterile production setup activities.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspection readiness programs.
• Monitor production KPIs and operational performance metrics.
